Oversees the management and performance of 15 information technology specialists from Hawaii, California, Nevada and Guam, who are engaged in resolving and addressing the support requirements of end-users, customers, and business partners, and maintaining close liaison with each to ensure that identified support requirements are met; represents the SCA-IT organization on government-wide initiatives, committees, and programs pertaining to assigned program areas, services, and operations; and provides liaison and pertinent information to internal USDA and external organizations.
